I could've posted this in consoles but meh the general section needs some love from the looks of things it so dead here heehehe It was a long and dangerous journey to get one many small animals died in the process but hey I got one! lol anyone else got one wanna share Miis once i find my number???

I'm still learning to use mines. I'm using it for this post. But I can't figure out how to do the Wii Parade thing. Can anyone help me on this?

I got my wii less than a week ago it was a really good deal $100 off the console and if u bought the zelda pack the the game was discounted too so all up got everyting for $469nzd was the last one I was really lucky the sales person was so helpful to find out where the last one they had was had to go to another store everywhere was sold out, my best friend wants me to buy red steel off him its not a bad game though the sword fights are annoying

Congratulations; what exactly is the 'exercise' part of it? I keep hearing about this part of the Wii, sounds like another Nintendo milestone, if it's true.

Its part of the Wii Sports pack that comes with the console so u get to do some bowling, baseball, boxing, tennis etc I find baseball the most difficult as its really hard to get the timing right for hitting the ball

Cool...didn't know a game came with it, sounds like I've got to do some more research on the Wii as I may be getting my grubby mitts on one for Christmas. Happy
I know damned straight I'm going to get the Zelda/Link game for it eventually, as well!

The Wii is actually worth the investment. Just as long you're not WAY out of shape it should be no problem to you. l got Wii Sports and Dragonball Z BT2.
Dragonball Z is better with the gamecube controller. It's not a bad game, but l wish l had got Zelda instead. But Wii Sports is fun, l just hate tennis.
The baseball game is fun, but you can hurt yourself playing it if you're not careful. l hold the controller as if it were a actually a bat. And for everytime l swung the controller l pull my right shoulder. l hurt my shoulder back in May and it still sore today.
Overall with the price, you can play gamecube games, you can download imported games that never made to the US, and you can surf on the internet with the Wii and all you need is wireless signal (l'm posting from the Wii now) I say you should go out and get one now, because by Christmas l doubt there will be any on the shelves. Especialy with the line up starting this month and into 08.

Awesome Hito. That is definitely gonna be my next big purchase. There are a ton of cool games coming out. I think Mario Kart will be out next summer. And when I heard this was coming out, I knew I had to get one:

the wii is awesome, a couple of other titles is super monkey ball sports.(i think) this one is just like sports but it has hammer toss, frisbee golf, and a home run derby. in december smash brothers dojo is coming out hopefully they package the new game with the console as a combo so i can buy it.

ill hang bck for a bit until after christmas so they drop the price & some games i want come out, i liked the demo i tried in the store, i also got a $30 off gift card that i got from a store i went to... yea... thatll be sweet. i envy you all who have a Wii....

that could be a problem Nintendo announced they wouldn't be dropping the price for christmas or the forseeable future $249usd is still pretty dirt cheap at the end of the day grab one if u can hehehe nintendo are really milking the shortages way better than sony did i'm off to the anime/gaming expo to show off my wii skillz hehehe

ok i got a REALLY N00BISH question for all u Wii owners.. does the Wii have a built in RECHARGER for the Wii mote? or do i have to buy one of those 3rd party rechargers? im looking to finally give in to my Wii-obsession and get one... oh and im guessing i also have to buy a WI-FI adapter for online play...?
