I need to choose one, Resident Evil 1 or 2 ( don't consider which one is older ).
I have resident evil 3, and it has nice ( none-blocky ) graphics at 640x480 resolution, does resident evil 1 or 2 has similar graphics as Resident Evil 3 or its blocks everywhere.

you can choose both,cause both is excellent,and resident evil 1 or 2 has similar graphics as Resident Evil 3.

you have to get the first Resident Evil..... due to originality..... ie: storyline, suspense, gameplay (how you play, how you end)..... but cos its the first, its abit blocky.....
also get RE2..... cos theres a whole lotta more gameplay n slightly improved graphics on this one.....
once you're done with these two, get the rest of the RE series..... highly recommended.....

Both pretty much the same graphically if you count the director's cut of the 1st. Game wise both are not bad but Silent Hill is way more my thing (too bad about the shit movie it ruined it for me).
