it´s available for nintendo nes(topia) and gba but not for mame. roms-->search "hokuto ken fist" --->choose the version you want. hf :o

THEY ARE DIFFERENT GAMES!

There are 3 for the mame,

Hakuto no Ken (THE ONE I WANT)

HNK punch fury (or something like that)

and

HNK punch fury 2

Hakuto no Ken was ONLY ported to the Ps2!

(but since it's an anime series, there are alot of Hnk games)

i think i don´t understand what you exactly want. there is no mame rom available that contains "hOkuto" or "hAkuto", not listed in maws and the only game that contains "fist" is a jackie chan game.

after some google-action:

a 2d beat em up called Hokuto no Ken - Fist of the northstar was released in japanese arcades in the year 2005. it´s Atomiswave board and this isn´t emulated yet afaik.

hasn't been dumped or emulated like Malek said nobodys working on atomiswave emulation currently i've played it on ps2 its freaking awesome!

probably be ur best bet i don't imagine atomiswave will get emulated anytime soon last I heard with namoi emulation which is all atomiswave is they hit a major road block with copy protection on some of the chips and haven't had much luck since

all snk games that will be released in the future will be on atomiswave because of the better protection. in the past, games were released and emulated only a few weeks/months later. i understand them...but it WILL be emulated some time...maybe in the next 3-10 years Big Grin

it took 8 years to crack cps3 dude and it was no walk in the park. Crack Namoi u crack atomiswave like i said before they hit a road block and haven't over come it since i'm really keen on the Initial D games on Atomiswave/Namoi

Even if Naomi for example get emulated at the moment... It will be SLOW AS HELL!!

In case you saw the Disc flashing process of CPS3 game at the boot (For example in SF3) and how it make your CPU slower

Alright, but i'd like to close the discussion with advice.

With the exception of the money im gonna spend on gifts, Im gonna be able to buy:

Weights and clothes to buff up and look smexxy

mass effect for the 360, cuz it rox

or I could order a swapmagic disc for my ps2 and start importing games.

Which should i get?

well thats in mame someone will make a stand alone emu which I prefer with the necessary optimizations for playability I don't care much for emulation accuracy if u can't play the damn thing that and mame's constant need to change romsets

Hi

I'm asking in this thread, because coincidentally, I'm also searching for an arcade version of Hokuto No Ken. Although I'm not looking for the newer one like davisxmonster, but the uncensored version of Last Battle/Hokuto No Ken that was released in 1989.

MAWS mentions the uncensored version in the history:
