ive downloaded several different star fox 2's and tried to apply the patch to translate to english with no luck. can someone point me in the direction of the correct rom and patch or if someone already has the rom translated please email me it to save me a headache.

Hmm... seems that we have a problem. And none of us here can help you, as this title is one of those, in the protected realm of the ESA. And there is nothing that anyone can do to help you here.
