on "Blutmoor dl 09" you could buy them for 1-300 gold (and sell them for 300-300.000 i think) at Gheed´s. you could buy almost every legit item you need for 1.09 pvp (example string of ears with 10-15% dr), charms, weapons, armor and so on. after killing 5 enemies you where lvl 99 (all stat and skill points).
