Yes NINTENDO (our provider & masters) are giving away some Wii-mote Jackets, also if u bought a Wii prior to OCTOBER 10 2007(i think) u can also ask for new replacement straps for the Wii-mote, it has a clasp instead of just a slide-clip, and the string is thinner but stronger than the 1st release.

just a side not about the free skins, that they *MAY* take up to 2-3 weeks longer than they say(usually out of stock) i ordered mine on November 20 2007, and just got them Dec 13, 2007, i actually forgot i ordered them.

yeah the wii I got end of november came with the jacket and the improved straps. Used the jacket for a total of 3 minutes. It was squishy and made my hands sweat. LOL

yes... yes.. envy.... lol...although if i couldnt get a Wii, id most likely go for the XBOX360... well its cheaper & it has some good deals like the "gold pack" which has 2 games and what not... but never will i get the PS3... rip-off-o-matic...

I just when on the Nintendo website and applyed for the Wii JacketsCool I asked for 2 and I only got 1 Remote. I didn't want to be to greedyWink But I guess you can get up to 8 Jackets.

Crap. Wound up getting some $$ from my Aunt, but my guitar amp died so I have to save every penny I get now to replace it. Evil Roll Eyes
Every time I think I'm getting remotely close to getting a new console, something else happens. I missed out on the Saturn, N64, and a lot more for similar reasons.

Maybe its a blessing in disguise? well u didnt miss much on Saturn, and from my point of view N64 had some of the best Rasslin' games(WCW vs NWO --> WWF: No mercy, made by THQ) and Golden Eye were really good

SEGA Saturn was the shit. And luckily the best game, NiGHTS, has made its way onto the Wii, and back into my hands after waiting 10 years for a sequel. I just got journey of dreams today and its fantastic. All you other SEGA fanboys need to pick this one up. Its everything the Saturn version was and more.

like posted elsewhere on this board, i always was the sega fan, never nintendo.

i owned the saturn for about 6 months, then i traded it for a PS. in these 6 months i had 2 games. street fighter alpha and Nights. incredible good game. i played it soooooooo long :/
nice that there is a sequel now.
