I see. I know at first the color palettes were off, but they were able to fix it. Maybe the alternate costumes still are off a little bit.

yeah i said Ken looks unusually tan when I pick his alternate color. I can live with it though.

please specify when you say won't work correctly. what is the error message you are getting? are you missing files? if it is missing the file "sf33usa.bin", click here to get it:

Or rather, I am missing that rom. I did an audit of the rest of those roms in mame and all of them came up OK.

This rom though, seems to be missing from my rom set SFIII-N

Street Fighter III 3rd Strike: Fight for the Future (Japan, 990512, NO CD)

This appears to be the rom I am missing. I have the orginal and the clones, as well as everything else I need.

are you able to run the roms you already have? I don't understand your question. Are you just looking for that rom because its what a lot of folks on Kaillera use?

Actually, I got it working on netplay now.

Thanks guys.

But I have another issue: it takes very long for the rom to load. It takes so long, that kalliera recognized me as a dropped player.

Any help?

Yeah, that happens because CPS-3 was a cd based arcade system and MAME accurately emulates the machine loading the CD-ROM (.chd).

just host it yourself and message them to wait. Does the "no cd" version do the same thing? I haven't tried it.

Also, what is your ping on Kaillera? It might be a slow connection too, making it worse.

My "No-CD" version takes a while to initialize and my ping on Kalliera is 45

It also seems that when someone waits for me to load, they don't press start and I end up playing solo.

Yikes, I try not to play on a ping above 20. Try finding a closer server to play on. It takes a minute for them to all load up. They have them all over the world so you should be able to find one.

I got the game to work and everything and loved it so much, I went out and bought a controller. I bought a Recoil retractable game pad, but the game didn't register it, so I set the keys on my keyboard to the controller and tried to do it that way. The problem im having is when I wanna do any kind of move lets say like hadoken, it wont register the corner button in the motionFrown . I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and possibly knew of a way to fix this? I do have the drivers updated so I dont believe thats a problem...
