I have Revolution X For Dos I try playing it on my windows XP. The game loads fine but when I start playing theres no music at all is there something I have to configure the game to hear the Music?

I don't know about that particular game.

Most dos games use low-numbered interrupts for the sound, but most modern pcs use high-numbered ones. So, no sound.

All i could suggest is to try Dosbox or PCem.
