Those are probably part of rar files, it's simple enough to extract them if you have all the parts in the same folder, just extract one of them and the rest are captured. It's not simple why people compress already compressed video files. Well they are simple, simple idiots, I guess. Noobs put up a lot of trashed up stuff in ignorance on those networks, like re-saving an mp3 they downloaded at a higher bitrate then putting it up on the network, as if it will improve the quality, morons.... but it's better than nothing I guess.
