Where can I find the NEO GEO SYSTEM BIOS?

NeoRage does not work... It gives me an error message Unable to load Neo Geo Bios 'Neo-Geo.rom

How do I fix that?

um why are u even using neoragex that emulator is very outdated an inaccurate these days stick with mame
