http://www.shinsen-subs.org grab it there far as I can tell its a Sci fi, Magic with a touch of X-files thrown into the mix our Main Character is a Chinese man named Li-San for short hehe he's a contractor in other words he has special abilities they vary from person to person and some must pay a price for using said abilities i.e breaking one's fingers and grandma is really funny

Yoko Kanno of cowboy bebop did the music Smile and the animation is top notch no corners cut

give it a try 7 eps released so far
