What you need to do is first setup you and your friends neopops. In the box labeled remote ip address it will say 127.0.0.1. This is what is known as a local ip. It means it is set to connect back to your computer. This is not what you want to do. Call your friend and ask him what it says in his box labeled "your ip address". The number he tells you is the number you need to put in the box labeled "remote ip address" to replace the 127.0.0.1. Then your friend needs to follow the same procedure only reversed. Tell him what it says in the box labeled "your ip address" on your end. This is what he needs to fill into the box labeled "remote ip adress". Then between the both of you make sure that you both have the same number listed in "port". After you are all done with this madness click on the connect to remote button. If it connects press OK.
