Hello when i had win 98 and used roms from this site everything went well. I had to reformat and went to xp home edition and cant get any roms to work.
I get mame and the same roms i had b4 and no matter what I type it always sais roms arent found.
Yet I see the files on my comp.
Please what changed on this site after they fixed it or do i have 2 do something real wierd with xp?

I think you need mame for XP, and latest roms sets ofcourse.

If you use other emulators you will probably find that several of them (especially old dos-based ones) don't work properly in XP, and some won't work at all. Most newer NES, Genesis, etc. EMUs work OK though.

It is weird though. I tried alot and extracted the roms to just about everyplace but the kitchen sink.
It sais those files arent there yet they are.

If ur using the latest version of mame then ur outta luck mame's constantly being updated an they change alot of the rom sets so u'll need to obtain an older version of mame that did support ur sets its hard to tell since we don't know wot ver of mame u were using originally
