Is this because of overload on "NO" button or hackers tried to add another option- "rubbish"?
is it what actually is happening is that microsoft is using this simple "encryption" for kids to follow (by introducing it).. and they get all the information of kids activity using this "leet", they want, on a platter, as kids will belive "yea, this is the toughest code to crack lets pass on secrets"

MY PC P4 ht 3.0mhz gfrce 5700 256mb and 512mb ram doenst play tekken 3 at it full speed. Is there someway or some emulator which willl enable me to play tekken at its full speed?

Basically MY P4 system with 512 MB ram and 5700 256 MB card beats both of them
shogun whether u have any programming skills then start working on the slut emulator. I am sure it is going to be a welcome addition to the existing family of emulator.

I am building a computer only for emulation.
I have a PIII 1.3 ghz MBOARD with Intel 810 but no AGP.
Ram - 128 MB 100 MHZ SDRAM
Do I -
Buy a gforce 4 128 MB PCI card?
Buy 128 MB SDRAM more for onboard graphics?
The emulators I use are (priority wise)
1)EPSXE 1.6.0 (P.S I HAVE A PS)
2)WINKAWAKS 1.53
3)MAME32 .91
4)FCEULTRA and NESTEN
5)FUSION, SNES9x 1984 blah blah.
What option would enable me to squeeze out frame rates??

i mean, they are right...
you need 4 or 5 files INCLUDING bios which are needed to play these NEO GEO games. 
So bios here means bios and other copyrighted hardware roms which cannot be given with the software roms itself.
