greymalkin, just to clear up a couple of things
there seems to be some misconception that i actually care about wether i'm a moderator or not. it's like post count, i couldn't care less. during the voting process, i just said i'd do it, it's not like i asked, or had a big cry when i didn't get picked. i have never asked to be a moderator, and quite frankly, i wouldn't want to be one. that's one of the things i like about romnation, i'm just a shitkicker like everyone else
i didn't expect anyone to miss me when i left. i didn't say any dramatic goodbye, i didn't get sad when a "where is super jamie?" thread wasn't made. i just stop posting one day because i didn't care anymore. in all honesty, the only person who my absence seems to have had any affect on whatsoever, is you
my management comment applied to everyone on the forums. i think it's fairly obvious from the allowed presence of trolls and troublemakers that you don't care about this forum anymore. so why should we?
and lastly, i'm not up on the history of romnation, so i don't know what happened when Temp ran the place. but i'm sure Shinru was a great moderator to start off with, and then turned into a not so good moderator over time. you too were a great moderator to start off with grey, but not so much now, perhaps you've reached your expiry date too?
anyway, as much as i try and return romnation to the fun place it used to be by asking you to discipline trolls and remove the crap, your attitude just gets worse and worse. maybe one day it will get better, and i seriously hope it does, because there are some good members on here and you'd be a fool to lose them
but for now this forum is going down the toilet, it's not fun and it's too much bother to hang around. i'm happy to join kameo and starshadow and bulldog and ferret and all the others, in making your dream of a smaller, more manageable, romnation come true

a) stop being a whingeing little christian virgin faggot, nobody wants to hear it
b) get out of the house and interact with some REAL people and develop some REAL social skills, instead of being smacked down by girls who see you for who you really are, an introverted little obsessive crybaby internet loser who has absolutely no idea about how to interact in the real world
c) use the above social skills to develop a group of friends and establish yourself with a realistic perception of how you should react to the way people treat you (crying yourself to sleep over nothing and spamming about it on forums isn't the right way), eventually girls will like you for who you become and you might even get laid and become a real man
d) after the above few years has passed, come back here and tell us all how right we were, then you can hang out with us and post about stuff we all want to read. as opposed to baiting us in the flaming forums and keeping your finger on the exclamation mark and typing a whole row of smilies
in summary: the world hates wussy whining little teenage god-loving limp-dicked cuntstraps, so i suggest you stop being one

if it was working last night, perhaps try deleting your config (maybe the whole emulator folder, or uninstall if the option is there) and start again?
anything in zophar's list that was updated last in 2004 is probably worth a go, good luck

actually smategy, the open trolling on all the forums started about the time that you and mousestapler came along, i believe he arrived not long before you, not more than a couple of months
before that, romnation was a very friendly place to hang out, with alot of good regulars, no morons who can't keep their finger off the exclamation mark and smiley face, and plenty of fun interesting threads to post in, no hostility whatsoever
i tried a few other emulation forums, but most are either too small or too big. romnation has shrunk down to too small to be any good, just a small number of people making alot of noise

that's about the most constructive thing that's been said on here for the past 6 months., for one, would like to see control of this forum passed wholly over to Temp Shinru, and the whole moderator selection process start again after a while
it's not hard to see what i think the root of the problem is. it's like a company where the manager has a shitty attitude. it filters down into the staff too. nothing personal

who cares about post count? unless it's really low (indicating someone who joined in the past week or so) then i don't care about it
i think i might speak for the majority, when i say that i don't visit romnation to read about some introverted 15 yearold's problems dealing with girls who hate him, or how someone is such a good christian because they don't have sex but think they're going to kill someone. if morons don't post their drivel, we have nothing to burn them about
AS FOR MODERATION, i've had my issues with the moderation on this board before, and complained to the relevant party (greymalkin) and was promptly told to "get the fuck out of my face" and that if i didn't like it i could leave and nobody would miss me. that's a fantastic way to run a forum

considering RN doesn't support n64 emulation, and not many of us have xboxen, this probably wasn't the best place to ask. you might have more luck on an xbox software site, though i don't know any to advise you sorry. or ngemu.com, which focuses on the emulation of new generation systems such as psx, n64, saturn, etc
the emulator you're using might even have a forum on its website that you can ask on, or an faq giving you settings to try for lots of different games, maybe even a compatibility list showing this game does or doesn't work properly yet. good luck with it

i took my swapdisc and imbnes cd over to a friends' place today, and four of us pretty much sat and played california games until dinnertime 
what other good multiplayer games are there for nes? we couldn't really find any that we liked, but it's so hard when there's like 4000+ to choose from in the list
