If you are fucking sick of not finding any thing, here are some pointers how to get (in theory) ANYTHING..
1.best search engines out there are Google, Get it Fedo,and Ask Jeeves(i think he's gay =P)
2.always type .zip, .rar, etc.... after the file u want(eg: kof97.zip)
3.u can sometimes try leaving spaces between the file name and the type of file u r looking for(eg: kof97 rom)
4.some site provide files searching, i dunno where(duh!)
5.not all p2p programmes are bad. e-mule and kazaa lite are kool
6.there is always something called bit torrents, i think it will solve all your probs
7.there are some underground links which provide full downloads, and i'm ain't talkin' about warez bullshit
8.other forums of other emu sites are amazing,(and i'm not mentioning any websites because of RN's policy.
9.if all else fails u can request anything at my webpage here, just write what u want in the blog, or visit thiswebpage.
10.a guy i know named jarred, is taking all requests for free( but not for long) he's email is rom_requests99@hotmail.com
and that's about it, i hope i was any help, MUAHAHAHAHAHA...

Well. i think ToP is the best snes RPG evermade, the battle system seemed to be very addictive, graphics are enhanced than other RPG'z at that time, nice music, and kool storyline, i give it a 10 out of 10.
