Make sure your CHD files are named properly. I think i got mine from retroroms and i had the same problem but as soon as i changed the name it worked just fine. Hope that helps.

religion actually came prior to economics. It was originally used to control slaves. "dont worry about working for no money and getting your ass whipped your whole life, be a good person and you'll live good after this life."
Seriously if you were a slave and all you had to look foward to was a life of hard labor and pain with no promise of afterlife would you just kill yourself. I would.
Whoever invented religion was a fucking genius. He found a way to convince slaves to keep working even though they had shit to look foward to til they died.
Look back and the time line that most religions came from and you find that slavery was prevalant at the same time.
Thats exactly why i dont beleive in religion. Im not a fucking slave.

The Wii will win in the short run. In a couple of years the PS3 will become cheaper and the technology in it will be more practical to own and it'll kick every other console's ass.
The PS3 is just coming out too early. The technology is too expensive to manufacture and its not really necessary to have such a powerful console especially since most dont have a HDTV and game developers wont push the console's capabilities for a couple of years. Nobody does nor ever will give a shit about blu-ray.(can we say BETA?)
Hopefully by then sony will have fixed all the flaws in it. Sony really should have spend a little more time testing its console and released it in the next year or so. Fuggin greedy corporations piss me off.
Im gonna stick with my XBOX,PS2, and emulators til then.

Make sure you get a really large power supply unit. At leats 350W if your gonna throw in a large graphics cards and some other goodies in it. Get one with ball bearings in it for reduced noise. Dont go cheap or youll be annoyed with the noise.

you prolly have an outdated rom. you need a more current version of the rom or you need an older mame32 emulator version to run your current rom.

Final Fight Revenge doesnt work and neither does Soul Caliber. They are marked as not working so dont try to play them. They dont work.
They are available for download incase someone wants to take it upon themselves to work on fixing them( crack the encryption i would assume). The mame team may get them to work on future mame releases but they dont accept rom requests so dont bother trying to contact them.
Battle Arena Toshinden 2 and Dead or Alive ++ work just fine on my computer running MAME32 v.106. I believe golden axe the duel is marked working as well but i have never played that game nor do i have the rom.
You may need a newer version of mame or a faster computer if you cant play battle arena toshinden 2.
You can also change the frame rate (while playing hit F9 and/or F
. If you reduce the frame rate the game will run a little faster.
