  I want a stage Creator.

Does anyone know what MUGEN is. Well since it is a fighting game engine for the PC, I guess this topic goes here. (I didn't know exactly where to put it, so sue me.)
So anyway... I want to make some Mugen stages, but I can't find a good stage creator. Is there a good one in English? Or one with an English Translation?
