I don't know what it's supposed to do, I've never seen milk shoot out of a breast but the guy who first requested it should know stuff like that. But ideally maybe plasma cutter beams or lasers could shoot out too. Now that would be something. Nice work btw, I like the colors, it looks like markers?

Thanks, it is markers (except for the nipples, I didn't have the right color). I request that you draw a chick cutting someone into pieces with lasers that shoot out of her boobs; I'd really like it if they would point in two different directions, and if she would yell "Shoop da Whoop!" while she's doing it.

OMG, I haven't been keeping up with this thread lately so sorry for the late reply...
Those pics are all FANTASTIC, btw, and to answer your question, Amazing Tater, it just depends on the woman. Sometimes it's a dribble, sometimes a squirt, sometimes a fountain! Personally, more the better here.
Infantilism? Yeah, that's supposed to be the major connection, but for me it's always been one more way to please the ladies...breast pumps suck (lol), and hurt.

Heh-heh, nice, but with one critique, and mind, I can't draw for shit, so take this in stride...
The face on Lara looks a bit Asian...I don't know if you intended that or not, but Lara is English. I'm sure you probably know that and it wasn't intentional. The rest of it looks good, though, the hair braid seems a bit thick (though that's alright, too; the whole drawing seems like she's been awakened from sleep, or something). And always, with Lara, her 'balcony' is HUGE.
