  mame on windows vista?

Is it possible? Someone tried to see if the arcade mame would work on Vista and it can be played...but not with a joystick. Can anybody help me solve this little problem?

Please remember in the future to post any emulation related questions in the appropriate forum area, which is "Support" rather then the general area of the board. As for your question, I know that it has been done, and I believe that you need admin access in vista. I just can't remember for the life of me where I've seen that article. I know that someone will be able to point you in the right direction.
